Yes. If anybody reading this lives in Nunavut, the answer is yes. Yes, I want to come for a visit! Winter? No problem (at least I don't think it's a problem--maybe you can't visit Nunavut in winter).
Does anybody live in Nunavut? My map doesn't show any cities, but there have to be some towns. What's it like in Nunavut? What do people do, if there are full-time people there?
